Planning is Free. Only Service Levels are Chargeable
We don't charge for planning. All our planning tools—role planning, content allocation, speaker assignment, and day-of timing management—are completely free to use.
Only speech project service levels are chargeable. When you choose a service level above FREE for each speaker ( GUIDED, ESSENTIAL, COMPREHENSIVE, or ELITE), that's when charges apply. See our pricing table or use our pricing simulator to see how much our services might cost for a particular wedding. These service levels include:
- Milestones & Tracking: Progress monitoring and milestone tracking for each speaker
- Trackable Actions: Generating briefing packs, writing speeches, and other key preparation activities
- Ongoing Monitoring: Automated reminders and progress visibility throughout the preparation process
This means that all the monitoring and oversight features—including Milestones & Reminders tracking—come with the service levels you choose for each speaker.
