Refund policy

We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because some of our services are digitally delivered we generally offer no refunds on those once work has begun. Our refund policy depends on the service.

ESSENTIAL and ESSENTIAL+ include a speech briefing document (PDF). If you change your mind and nobody has yet generated that briefing, started working on speeches via our wewritespeeches.com tool, or received milestone reminders from us, we will happily issue you a full refund upon your request.

If you have already generated the briefing document, started using the AI speechwriting tool, or we have begun sending milestone reminders, we cannot offer a full refund for ESSENTIAL or ESSENTIAL+.

If you change your mind about our COMPREHENSIVE package and nobody has started working on speeches via our wewritespeeches.com tool yet, we will happily issue you a full refund upon your request.

If someone has already interacted with our wewritespeeches.com tool but speech reviews have not started yet, we may be able to downgrade the service (for example to ESSENTIAL+) and refund the difference, less any cost incurred by us in preparation for the reviews phase, if any. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Once speech reviews have started, refunds are limited to what we can fairly offer after accounting for work done and costs incurred; we will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you change your mind about our ELITE package, we will happily consider a refund upon your request, less any costs incurred by us in preparation for the speeches, speech reviews or coaching, if any. Such costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Our FREE tier does not involve a purchase; there is no refund applicable.

To be eligible for a refund for any paid service, you must make the request within seven days of purchasing the service.
