You can use our AI speech generation tool (Step 2 in your speaker dashboard) to write your speech, or write it independently. The AI tool guides you through a dynamic questionnaire and generates a polished, personalized speech tailored to your unique relationship with the couple.
Whether you use AI assistance or write independently, you'll have a draft ready for refinement.
Step 2: Adjust to Your Voice
Once you have your speech draft, take time to adjust it to better fit your own voice and style. Make personal edits, add your unique touches, and refine the content to ensure it authentically represents you.
This step is important—it transforms the already-personalized speech into something that truly reflects your speaking style and that you will be fully comfortable delivering.
Step 3: Upload your speech for Review
From your speaker dashboard, navigate to Step 3. Here you'll find the "Manage Documents" button. This is your gateway to the speech review process.
Clicking this button takes you to the document management interface where you can upload your speech for professional review.
The Manage Documents feature is located in the right column of Step 3 in your speaker dashboard.
Once you're in the document management interface, you can upload your speech document. The system accepts various document formats, making it easy to submit your speech regardless of how you created it.
After uploading, your speech project will be queued for review by our professional team, who will ensure it meets quality standards and is ready for delivery.
Professional Review Process
Once your document is uploaded, your speech project appears on our internal Speech Review Kanban Board. This management system allows our professional reviewers to track and manage all speech reviews efficiently.
